LoyaltyFold is priced per store, per month. Your members are not metered: a brand pays the same however many customers hold its card. We are in early access: brands use the full service free of charge until paid plans open, and nothing is charged until a brand's owner chooses a plan.

Every plan includes the counter app for staff, the join page and QR kit, the web card, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet where available, and the brand dashboard. Brand and Chain add the integration API, webhooks and CSV import from your billing system.
Early access
Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, we will tell every brand owner by email, with the price for their plan and store count and at least 14 days before anything is charged. A brand that does not choose a plan is never charged.
Prices
When paid plans open, the price for each plan and store count will be shown to the brand before it pays, and on every invoice. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. For more than 50 stores, or for a quote before you sign up, contact us.
How billing will work
Payments are collected by Razorpay on behalf of Sukhija Techno Aid. Your plan follows the number of active stores in your account; adding or removing stores changes the amount from the next billing cycle. GST invoices are issued by Sukhija Techno Aid for every payment. See refunds and cancellation for how to stop a subscription.
